Off Topic ~ Tribute for Heath Ledger's 29th Birthday

Heath Ledger would have been 29 years old today. :( Over at the Bat-Blog, they did the following heart felt tribute post dedicated to him. I know you will want to join me in sending our prayers and sympathy to his family and friends.

Today, April 4th, would have been Heath Ledger's 29th birthday. He was born in Perth, Australia in 1979. This is his 1st birthday since his death & I thought it would be nice to do a small tribute. He was a great actor but was also a person who was loved by many. All the reports I have ever read said he was a really nice guy, that's cool. He will be missed. My warmest & most sincere thoughts go out to his friends & family members who must be having a really hard time today. Happy Birthday Heath!

Celebrating Moonlight Friday with a Mick St John Video

We made it to Moonlight Friday! I'm so excited about watching The Mortal Cure (episode #1x12) tonight. It's gonna be good! At the same time, I feel a bit melancholy because it is the season finale. We just need to enjoy this new show completely.... and then help each other through the wait for new episodes next season. Don't forget ~ we will have reruns to keep us going. I'm thinking only positive thoughts about Moonlight being renewed. CBS would have to be totally INSANE to not pick up a program that is this hot and loaded with rabid fans!

To celebrate the end of this week of waiting, here is a treat. TuesdayAngel has created a fun video dedicated to Alex O'Loughlin and his gorgeous body. It is composed of select scenes of Mick St John working out or strutting around looking perfect. You will see the sit ups he did while hanging upside down in The Ringer (episode #1x07).... getting undressed to climb into his freezer.... and, of course, the sensual workout from Love Lasts Forever (episode #1x11). Kate is at it again! Another drool worthy fan video dedicated to Alex O'Loughlin as Mick St John. This time she used the song, Ain't No Other Man by Christina Aguilera. The music has a retro 40's & 50's vibe when they could really sing and belt it out. That feeling and title of the song are all too appropriate for our Mick :)

I think she knows us too well ~ hahaha! She selected some of the best scenes of Alex O'Loughlin using those expressive eyes of his, eyebrow raising, shirt ripping, freezer lounging.... Ooooo my....
