Alex O'Loughlin's work on The Shield Season 6 to be released on DVD!

My good friend, Cinnamon, gave me some great news to share with you... Alex O'Loughlin appeared as Detective Kevin Hiatt on season 6 of The Shield (tv show). He was a wonderful addition to the cast. Alex made the character compelling and won over the fans, even tho Hiatt seems to be brought in to take over the job of beloved lead character Vic Mackey. The episode that introduces him is appropriately called "The New Guy."

We have been waiting ~ not very patiently ~ for the DVD to become available. A date has finally been announced for it to come out. The Shield season six will be released on August 26th, 2008! Mark your calendars :)

If you are like me and can hardly wait, you can pre-order your copy of the DVD now using this Amazon link.....

I'm so excited about this because I didn't watch season 6 don't know why, but then I caught it on the CW and the edited the famous chair scene if you know what I mean. I can't wait for it. :)

Vote here for Moonlight! Best show of 2007. Supernatural, One Tree Hill, and Jericho are FARRRRR ahead!

Also, if you haven't voted for DirecTV poll to pick up Moonlight DO SO NOW! (Moonlightline.com)Remember, this does not mean ONLY DirecTV would air Moonlight, they would just get first rights to its showing. Otherwise, we could at least get it on DVD later or on-line. The other choice? NO Moonlight at all! :-(

Let's face it, I'd be interested in watching Alex O'Loughlin read the phonebook ! I saw him in all of the episodes he appeared in on The Shield and he was good BUT as Mick St.John - well, he shines- more MOONLIGHT is what I'm interested in seeing him in.
