Moonlight wins tournament first round against 24

Moonlight beat 24 in TV Prediction's "What's the Better HDTV Show?" poll. *cheer* They had given 24 the top seed compared to us as an eight. You all did a wonderful job of voting for our show! It will now move on to the next round in their March Madness style elimination tournament. We will be ready :)

CBS' Moonlight Upsets Fox's 24 In Best HDTV Show Contest

Washington, D.C. (April 17, 2008) -- CBS' Moonlight has upset Fox's 24 in round one of our first annual elimination tournament to determine the best show in High-Definition.

24 was the top seed in our LCD division while Moonlight was the 8th seed.

However, Moonlight, which follows the bloody trail of the mysterious vampire Mick St. John, captured 58 percent of the readers' vote compared to 24's 42 percent.

Moonlight will now play the winner of the Desperate Housewives-NCIS contest in the next round.
