Song in Mick and Coraline Flashback from The Ringer Episode 7!

Love this episode! Shannyn's Coraline is incredible. I was so into what was happening that it shocked me when the credits rolled.

How intense was the flashback scene of Mick showing up at Coraline's lovely home ~ wanting to get to her so badly he threw a chair through the window?! Oooooo my! And, the music ~ Kingdom by Dave Gahan. This song was perfect to underscore what was happening. As always, they selected a song with lyrics that exactly matched the scene....

"Can you feel me coming? Open the door, it's only me. I have that desperate feeling. And trouble is were I'm going to be

I know you hear me knocking. So open the door and set me free

If there's a kingdom beyond it all, is there a God that loves us all? Do we believe in love at all? I'm still pretending I'm not a fool

So in your infinite wisdom, you show me how this life should be. All your love and glory, doesn't mean that much to me

If there's a kingdom beyond it all, is there a God that loves us all? Do we believe in love at all? I'm still pretending I'm not a fool"

Thank you for sharing Dave Gahan's song "Kingdom" and the music video! It was great! Actually, I was looking to find the name of another song from The Ringer Episode 7. Maybe you can help? The song plays while Beth is walking down the hallway towards Mick's PI office. Beth enters his office and Morgan (aka Coraline) comes in shortly thereafter. The only part of the lyrics I caught was..."step right up..." Can you help?

I was just mostly bummed when this episode was over. We don't have a TV and usually watch DVDs of shows. This year, however, I'm buying this show on Itunes and waiting week to week is killing me!!! I really enjoy your blog by the way. It's my home page.

Hello ~

The song playing when Beth is approaching Mick outside Club Valis is Fallout by Chad Gendason featuring Johanna Boberg.

The song used when Beth & Coraline go to Mick's office/apt is The Mating Game by Bittersweet.
