TV Week reporting a tenative schedule for CW's Sunday night lineup

TV Week is reporting that the CW & Media Rights Capital have issued a tenative schedule for Sunday nights. Moonlight is not included. However, the article states the programs could change. I don't know about you, but I intend to continue contacting Warner Bros, MRC & the CW! There are plenty of other networks that the WB can approach if the deal with the CW doesn't happen.

If you have or need ideas for saving Moonlight... or just wanna talk to other fans... stop by the message board. http://www.runboard.com/bmoonlightfanforum

CW, Media Rights Capital Set Up Sunday
By Josef Adalian

The CW quietly revealed details of the four new shows likely to air on Sunday nights as part of its new Media Rights Capital-produced lineup.

Titles of the new shows flashed during the network's upfront party Tuesday. In an interview later, CW Entertainment President Dawn Ostroff confirmed that MRC has identified two dramas and two half-hour comedies it plans to program on Sundays.

Ms. Ostroff said it's possible the titles could change, but as of now, the four shows are:

—"F.A.T. City," a scripted procedural crime drama set in Las Vegas.

—"Valentine's Day," a "Cupid"-like romantic drama.

—Comedies "Murphy's Law" and "Surviving Suburbia."

Ostroff said The CW's Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday lineups all will premiere the week of Sept. 1. The network's Friday schedule should bow early in September as well, she said. Thursday's lineup of "Supernatural" and "Smallville" likely will premiere later in the season, she added.

Do you know whether The CW would even be able to afford Moonlight? I don't really know how it all works... would they buy the rights from Warner Bros??

I am not giving up hope yet... after all this is all "new news" so maybe it is only just coming to their attention that Moonlight is looking for a home.

I can't see WHY they would turn down a show which would automatically bring a 3x increase in viewer numbers over their other most popular shows and risk airing unknown shows instead.

I left a message for Keith Sample this morning telling him there are ~8m of us us who will follow this show whereever it lands.

If you dial the 310 number, press #2 and enter "SAMP" (7267) you will reach his office.

They are on the west coast, so come on East Coast fans... lets have a full mailbox of Moonlight support when he checks in this morning!!! Keep it short so we can fit as many messages in as possible.

Lets give it one last try!!!

Kandye - I don't know how to use your forum. Do I have to sign up?

I can barely talk and think about this situation with ML....I've been crying for 2 days and sick to my stomach....I don't even want to eat, I'm afraid I'll throw up.

Do you happen to know if Alex went home to Australia? And where is Sophia?

Hi Cobby ~

Yes ma'am.... to use the forum you just sign up, like you did for TV Guide. :)

Since Holly's benefit for the Climb against the odds (Breast Cancer Fund) is this Thursday night, May 15th, Alex is still in LA. He is also now listed as a celebrity supporter for the charity event. What a giving person!

I've heard rumors that Sophia is home in England, or soon will be.

XO ~
