Programming note ~ Sophia Myles' movie, Thunderbirds, will air Friday night & again Saturday morning on the Disney Channel. This flick is a live action version of the British animated puppet sci-fi television show from the 1960's. Our girl plays Lady Penelope in the film. It also stars Bill Paxton, Genie Francis, Brady Corbet & Ben Kingsley.
HSM3 star, Vanessa Hudgens, plays Tintin in Thunderbirds. It is her first feature film role. There is a rumor that Disney will premiere the new High School Musical 3 trailer during the movie.

OK, I have Thunderbirds all programmed to record on my TiVo-whatever. I liked Sophia in Underworld, loved her in Tristan and Isolde but, of course, she was the best in MOONLIGHT. Remember MOONLIGHT? The wonderfully addictive show we all loved- it won the People's Choice Award,consistently won it's time slot, had millions of adoring fans- fans who went nuts when the show got cancelled? These fans - from around the world-did a zillion different things to get the show picked up by another network and apparently none of it worked? Yep, MOONLIGHT is what I liked Sophia Myles best in.........
I became a fan of Sophia since I watched Tristan and Isolde. I, too, enjoyed her in Underworld. But just like anonymous said, Sophia was best as "Beth". The Mick/Beth love story was the best in Moonlight. Oh, how I miss my Mick/Beth & my beloved show, Moonlight!! But I will definitely watch "Thunderbirds".
